Make money doing the work you believe in

I am truly delighted to share this wonderful news, made all the more meaningful as I had the pleasure of visiting just two weeks ago, and recently writing about this remarkable address.

“Opened less than a year ago within Villa Pétrusse in Luxembourg, Le Lys, under the direction of chef Kim de Dood, has been awarded its first Michelin star. A distinction so richly deserved”.

There is a rare sincerity to what has been created there, an atmosphere of generosity, precision, and heartfelt care that lingers long after the table is cleared. To witness this recognition feels deeply personal; a celebration not only of talent, but of the spirit of hospitality that makes guests feel as though they have returned somewhere familiar.

This honor feels like a tribute to that sense of belonging they so effortlessly extend. I could not be happier for them.
