Hi! Adding a short intro — a lot of new eyeballs subscribed to this newsletter because of this essay. This is merely a stream of consciousness of several topics that are related in my brain: weight loss, aging, how women are treated in response to both; my own self image and the various feelings associated with how I currently feel (and look).
