Tyece, this was a beautiful journey to go on. I loved how you started with the realities of "logistics" and the pattern to your week, before going into this discovery of grace.

If I can share a bit of my own story with this word (I hope you don't mind!) – years and years ago, when I went through a values exercise, I wrote down grace, and realised that it was my goal of how I wanted to *be* in the world – to strive to exude "grace" – which I broke into not necessarily being "graceful" because I am incredibly clumsy and humpy dumpty (lol, love that) at the best of times. But to try to do things in grace – to give grace – to find grace as a centre. I've had this really strong attachment to the word and YET, I don't think I've ever forced myself to define it aloud? I have this intuition of what it is – but wow, I think I need to spend some time thinking through why and what etc.

All that is to say – I love your definition and exploration of it – and I shall go on my own too! Big virtual hug for the Wednesday ahead! xx
