Yeah to me it feels very much like a contrast between the hand-curated nature of even the lowest of low art made by humans (and in some ways, the fingerprints of the artist are much more a part of low culture than in middlebrow stuff that has more explicitly artistic pretensions, almost in the same way as outsider art), and the total placelessness of mass-produced corporate and AI art - “art from nowhere,” in much the same way as a Marvel film or a prime-time sitcom. Hundreds of artists work on them, but the main fingerprints you can see are those of the market, the shareholders, etc.
