After people finish Trade Like a Quant, they split three ways:
~30% decide trading isn't for them. The reality doesn't match their expectations. They move on to better uses of their time. I count this as success.
~50% stick with simple, low-touch risk premia harvesting and basic systematic stuff - rebalancing effects, maybe some carry trades. Part-time, modest returns, sustainable. Also success.
~20% go deep on systematic trading as a serious part-time or full-time pursuit. They're willing to grind, research, manage complexity. They've got the foundations and are ready to tackle the real work - but with eyes wide open.
The course helps you figure out which path fits you. That's worth more than any strategy.
