I’m so sad. I just gave notice to my landlord of 7 years. 😪😪 When I say I’ve had the most exceptional landlord on the planet, I mean it.

He raised my rent only ONE TIME in SEVEN years, only by $100.00.

When I sent him my rent during the pandemic, he sent half back and told me to take a break.

When my son passed away, he sent me a flower arrangement the size of a log cabin lol.

He’s just an incredible guy. I’ll be so sad to leave my beautiful little condo. So much has happened in my life since I moved in here. It’s like the end of an era.
