Yesterday evening I sent my newsletter around midnight. Manually. No automation or scheduling.

After this I answered some emails and comments as I didn't find the time during the day.

I felt a bit frustrated about it. When I went to the big window on my bedroom I saw a young couple watching TV... at 1.30am in the morning!

When I lay my head on the pillar I thought about the wonderful day I had with the kids. For the first time my son went to the cinema. We watched Bluey and he was giggling, eating popcorn and drinking apple juice and enjoying our company.

This was a special event and this is why I'm sending my newsletters so late in the evening and responsing to comments after a few days.

I'm glad I'm BUILDING this life and not CONSUMING it as these young adults are every single evening.
