The real reason part-time writers quit (it's not time):

1. They're measuring the wrong things too early

2. They're writing for an imaginary audience instead of a real one

3. They're trying to be consistent before they're clear

4. They're carrying their fear into every post instead of processing it first

5. They've never asked themselves: would I still do this if it failed?
