I’ve noticed it’s easier to write when I don’t force myself to be perfect on the first try.
Drafting with a mindset of “just get something down” frees up my creativity far better than trying to get every word right immediately.
Once the words exist, you can shape them, trim the fat, and clarify your message.
So if you find yourself stuck, remind yourself that imperfect drafts are valid—they're just the start of something better.
