I started writing in December 2020, right after giving birth to my baby.
And honestly? I’m not sure I would have become a writer without motherhood.
Before kids, my life often felt like a white wall. Clean. Quiet. Predictable. Then motherhood arrived like someone throwing paint at the canvas. Suddenly there were colors everywhere. Noise. Chaos. Emotion. Fear. Wonder. Love. Exhaustion. Meaning.
My kids did not take me away from writing.
They gave me something to say.
Of course, there’s another side to this story too....
