I think one of the hardest lessons I’ve had to learn (still learning) is when NOT to say something. Have you read The Kural? Thomas Hitoshi Pruiksma has a really good translation, and this "snyttru” post brought to mind Kural 490. If you search on YouTube you can find him reading it (video is less than 3 minutes).
