1. AI-powered lead enrichment
Built an AI-powered lead enrichment that’s platform-agnostic, calling five providers in parallel. This eliminated hundreds of hours of manual research & increased enrichment to near-100% coverage.
2. The AI Auto BDR
Trained an AI inbound BDR to handle (1) personalized outreach sequences, (2) knowledge base powered responses, and (3) meeting booking, synced with AE calendars. Saw a 3x increase in meeting booking rate & a 2x increase in opportunities created.
3. AI lifecycle personalization
The AI Auto BDR already personalizes outreach sequences. SafetyCulture wanted to take this a step further with a feature recommender that suggests adjacent use cases based on peer behavior. This led to +10% adoption of new features, improved retention via deeper usage.
4. AI custom app layer for marketing and sales
Replaced necessary (but clunky) GTM systems with an AI-first interface that’s one pane of glass for all customer information and the next-best-action to be taken. Over 80% of the marketing and sales team are active users of the custom app layer. BDRs save 30 minutes per opportunity with automated hand-offs.
