New data: 67% of GTM operators say Claude Code or Cowork enabled something previously impossible.

Maja Voje from GTM Strategist & I just surveyed 200 GTM operators about how they're using Claude Code and Cowork.

What stood out to me from the data:

1. GTM operators split almost evenly between Chat (30%), Code (31%), and Cowork (32%) as their primary Claude product. (I'm personally hooked on Cowork.)

2. The average user has adopted 3.5 different use cases -- content creation and GTM engines are the two biggest.

3. 55% have already replaced a tool or vendor -- usually ChatGPT, an agency, or a contractor.

4. The most common GTM workflows: social posts, building landing pages, SDR tooling, and signal-based outbound sequences.

5. The biggest complaint: credits. Half of respondents mentioned it unprompted. Even Max plan users are getting throttled 2-3x/day.

6. Claude replaces some tools while making others more valuable. What Claude power users love: ChatGPT (that was a surprise), Clay & HubSpot.
