An entry for Challenge: In the Moment
My son sits on some stone seating admiring the view of the pond painted on the ground below.
Usually he sits in the buggy with his brother, but I am trying to get him to walk more so our strolls take on more of a meandering route these days. New routes at a slower pace, in which we notice things we may not otherwise see. My son stopping to notice here something so worn away and neglected but alive in his imagination, while others blissfully walk on by and in turn, I notice him calm and content.
