These audio files represent the completion of the backlog from when I had to fully focus on a large client project.
From ideas I was keen to execute based on reader messages/questions and my own learnings from last year, to half-finished collabs with Martin Luk and Jaimin Marfatia, they’re now all published.
And I feel ready to work on fresh content.
First, I’m taking a week off (from everything) in March. No computer. Just coastal walks and reading. The only writing I’m allowed is with pen and paper.
After that, there’ll still be a degree of playing it by ear/going with the flow, because that’s how you create the best content. Focus on what’s front of mind; follow your energy.
Continue sending me questions. They’ve already led to some good stacks.
But I also want to do some big, deep pieces again. Some of the ideas floating through my brain:
Going into depth on market structure.
Broadening your studies to deepen your thinking (leveraging the human mind’s tendency to define one thing in relation to another).
How I use writing as a study tool.
Deep dives into certain traders, both previously and not yet featured on TTRH.
I also want to complete the deep dive/study series, but have had difficulty finding the right collaborators. I’m getting more outreach from not the right people, while the right ones responded with “later”.
One way or another, I’ll continue digging into this topic of how to study better, even if I need to do the research myself rather than work with guests.
There’s way too little available on this topic, yet learning how to think better is precisely how you’ll stand out in a distracted, AI-heavy world. If everyone has access to the same tools and prompts, your edge has to come from elsewhere.
Create the content you wish existed 😁
