There was a time when the adage "With Age Comes Wisdom and Respect" was a cornerstone of human societies.

Growing up, after years of listening to my elders, behaving ‘properly’ and being told children should be seen and not heard, I waited for my turn (mind you, at this point I was 5 and considered 30 to be old) —I was confident my time would come.

Well… Post birthday, my time has come. Happy Sunday Reflections.
