To apply what we learned last week in Part 1 of this series about the evolution of machine learning to our current time, we are going to once again look directly at the Large Language Model or LLM.

Many, including thought leaders and influencers, approach it with a sense of light frivolity—as if it is alive and becoming sentient, here to share our planet with some sense of camaraderie. Others fear its voice and retreat from its mask. Both of these approaches only serve the systems wishing us to be compliant.
