Triggers are invitations. They are maps. Bringing curiosity towards what activation is showing us centers our own growth. It's the difference between outsourcing responsibility and reclaiming triggers as somatic information - signals held in the body, not just the mind.
If it didn't touch something emotionally active - an old wound, an unmet need, something not yet integrated - we'd be more neutral. We'd witness it without the charge moving through us.
