The app for independent voices

Triggers are invitations. They are maps. Bringing curiosity towards what activation is showing us centers our own growth. It's the difference between outsourcing responsibility and reclaiming triggers as somatic information - signals held in the body, not just the mind.

If it didn't touch something emotionally active - an old wound, an unmet need, something not yet integrated - we'd be more neutral. We'd witness it without the charge moving through us.
