A reader of my stack thought my writing today would help her explain female existence to men. I wrote to her privately to say don't bother. It's a waste of time. They get it, they don't get it. The only way through life I've found that helps me exist is following the three tenets I derived from standup and applying them to the rest of life: don't apologize, don't translate yourself, and don't ask for love.
