Happy Sunday, Dr. Malone. Yes, we’ve taken that spectacular drive in October as well. October is such an incredible gift...thank you, Lord! (Virginia is just as spectacular, if not more ...imo!) Some of these are good finds! I particularly like the ‘electric car food’ train (we need one about the conditions at the cobalt mines that provide the batteries) and the ‘narcissist’ meme (lots of this going around and around). Some of the others are too sad or infuriating to find humor in. Blessings on your country reprieve.
I live about 30 miles south of Graves Mountain Farm & Lodges located in Madison County, Va. they have 1800 acres of gorgeous mountains and meadows. Today was a beautiful day to drive to the Apple Heritage Festival held there. The leaves are nearly at peak and thousands of people were there on those backroads to take in the autumnal beauty of Madison County today. We bought local honey, hot pepper jelly and of course apple butter. My husband is fascinated by hens and roosters. He wanted more art…
