I’m going to say something that shouldn’t be controversial but will be. If you are a Christian, you can support border control and immigration being legal vs illegal. You CANNOT celebrate deportations and get off on the cruelty, and be a real Christ follower. Period

I find it amusing that people think Trump is 'right wing'. He’s a centrist, always has been. He appears, at least, to be a Constitutionalist. He’s a bit too liberal, socially, for me. But, I am a social conservative which is apparently a rare breed these days. The difference appears to be that he supports Israel (which hopefully can now call for a truce) and he wants a smaller government, which have traditionally been conservative calling cards. Although, I have to be honest and say it has been a very long time since a smaller government was a ‘Republican’ virtue...Rand Paul and Thomas Massie being exceptions.
Elon Musk did a chart to show how he was forced from being a liberal to right wing because the liberals recently moved left so the centerline moved with them causing Musk (and Trump) to end up on the right side of centerline.
