I keep noticing the same pattern. The bottleneck moved.
It used to be “I don’t know what to do.” Now it’s “I have 40 things I could do and I’ve shipped none of them.”
AI made ideas cheap. It did not make execution cheap. Closing a loop, shipping the thing, holding a team accountable when the novelty wears off, that part still costs what it always cost.
