Berlin, Wednesday morning, 7:30 AM. I'm watering flowers on the balcony, a car comes downstairs, a large van, driver gets out: "Mornin'!"

Behind it, another car. Honks.

1st driver: "Yeah, just waaait a minute!"

2nd voice, unclear, aggressive: "...past!"

1st driver: "No, you can't get past here, you're just going to have to wait now!"

I look from the balcony. There's the school bus for the neighbor's child in our one-way street. With a wheelchair sign on the back.

Hey, how anti-social do you have to be to honk at a school bus for children with disabilities?!
