I considered letting AI draft email responses, the logical next step after triage.

But for me, it felt like reviewing words instead of understanding the real need.

I need to be present for client asks.

So, I drew a line: AI handles the sorting, but the human handles the responding.

It's a design decision about where AI helps and where I need to stay in the loop, a decision framework, not just a tool recommendation.
