I’ve gone a week no-phone (due to one of my kids killing it) but actually, it’s amazing how quickly you break habits and because I don’t have the temptation just there, I don’t even want it.
Still musing on all the surprising ways it’s changed things for me and what I’ve learned. Full post soon x
