The four lifestyle changes that have had the biggest and most sustained positive effect on my mental health: getting sober, getting rid of the Instagram app, replacing fast fashion/furniture with vintage, reading (books) every day. Somehow, these choices allowed for better choices in every other area of life. I spent basically a decade trying to find the right diet, the right workout class, the right guided meditation that would let me to keep using pills, instastories, ASOS and Bachelor in Paradise ad nauseum.
Just like different people respond to different antidepressants, everyone’s gotta find their own set of game changers. That being said see a change or your money back!
