8 years sober, which is crazy cuz when I arrived at rehab 8 year ago today I didn’t think I could do 8 hours! Life can be so beautiful when you let it have its way with you. Feels really special to be hitting this date and be out talking about the book that kept me company as I crawled back toward a version of myself that could run.
