Whats funny is this ad is clearly a direct homage to a time when advertising was treated like an actual creative craft. It sort has the understated confidence and class of the iconic ads from the 70s and 80s. but it also just literalyl doesn’t make sense??? Pens don’t ‘twist’ hair? theres no pun? Also her jaw is totally fucked up.
The larger problem of course, is that its now incredibly easy to recreate images that inspire feelings of craft and refined taste with ai, but most people see ai as unrefined and tasteless. So you make the beautiful image but tell on yourself at the same time.
