You can learn public speaking in a weekend, sales in a month, writing in a year. But listening - truly listening - takes decades of sitting across from actual people and caring enough to stay present. This is one skill a robot cannot replicate. Machines are getting better at responding but it's the humans who know how to listen who will become the scarcest resource in any room.
