Ask a 60 year old what's ‘young’ and they'll say 40. Ask a 70 year old and they'll say 50. Ask an 80 year old and they'll say 60 etc etc. 'Too late' is a moving target that keeps moving as long as you do. So just pick something and start the damn thing.
