📢 I want to hear about and see images of your alternative Christmas and New Year.

I don’t need to see any more perfectly adorned Christmas trees, crisp golden turkeys or beautifully wrapped gifts. What I really want to see are Christmas and New Year images of real life.

Maybe you have an unusual tradition, order in a curry, watch horror films, run 10km or celebrate on a beach.

Maybe you’ve had a kitchen disaster, the kid is throwing a tantrum, you're pulling a night shift, it’s just you and your cat or you’re sick with the flu.

This time of year comes with so. much. pressure. for it to be executed without a glitch and according to a very prescribed set of ‘rules’; I’d like to normalise the fact most people’s Christmases don’t look like a pull-out from an issue of Good Housekeeping Magazine.

So I'd like to use this thread to celebrate your Christmas and New Year, however you do it or however it ends up panning out.
