Plenty of people die from surgeries. I see no reason to choose one to criticize. I know many men, from different cultures, who were circumcized at different ages, as dictated by their longstanding cultures. Never heard of a death. The surgery is minor. Practitioners who are competent can of course can cause trouble.
Before I stopped taking vaccinations I was injected incorrectly more than once. Is there any hue and cry about bolus injectons other than from one well regarded person? That causes way more damage than cuting off a piece of skin. Routine mammograms and colonoscopies and the entire pharmaceutical industry are also far more dangerous.
