The Head of Movidas is that character who hangs around tall glass buildings.

Their natural habitat is the corporate cubicle, preferably in a glass fishbowl format with motivational texts on the front wall.

They feed on machine coffees and club sandwiches that they gobble down without hesitation in Slack meetings where they say, without holding back, things like excuse me, I haven't eaten, while eight people watch in astonishment as they put bits of sandwich and spoonfuls of organic yogurt into their mouth, because bowel movement is essential and shouldn't be neglected.

They camouflage themselves with classic-cut suits, dark in winter and lighter in spring. In summer, they have developed a formidable strategy of adaptation to the environment based on khaki pants and a sky blue polo shirt.

They have developed their own language, very complex for the uninitiated, which relies on the use of terms like lead, target, empowerment and customer.

Their hunting method is very effective, consisting of approaching their prey at the last minute and telling their victims things like this I needed this yesterday, it has to be on my desk tomorrow or, my favorite, I'm doing this because you need a challenge.
