Ok but here’s the thing. You know how snowflakes are all unique and special? Well they’re also kind of all the same, right? Like there isn’t a pink one, or a giant one, or one that sings opera. They’re all tiny crystal configurations. Unique but ultimately similar to each other.

I think it’s kind of similar with this. Even the comments on her post that agree with her all sound like each other, right? So… the people wholeheartedly agreeing about how there is too much of the same thing repeating over and over on substack and how there should be uniqueness and quality didn’t come in with wildly unique takes to illustrate that point…

In the end we’re all sharing the same human experience and by necessity if you have a massive platform you are going to have a lot of mirroring views.

And honestly ‘not everyone should get to express their views’ is… a pretty tired take by itself? Don’t tell me we haven’t heard that one a thousand times?
