Tips for how to/if/when you go Substack viral:
write something you least expect to pop off, but you soon realize is very culturally sensitive (AI, dating woes, men vs women debates)
Make sure the manosphere finds it and brace yourself for contempt.
Be prepared for 1/10 comments to be someone accusing you of making said story up with AI
Laugh when you see people you actually have met in real life criticize you and then pop in to remind them you know one another and watch as they then reel it back.
Give sane, reasonable comments additional perspective or thoughts. Allow people to disagree with you & be okay with it. Give unhinged, projective comments nothing.
Try to explore other peoples writing while it’s all happening so you can build a true lil community out of the whole ordeal. Be thankful for the opportunity to connect with others.
