Bravo. But I worry. Are these folks on a bus to somewhere ELSE than the ND of Tx so that the Govt can argue that somehow habeas and the Supreme Court order no longer apply? Not a GOOD argument, but then none of their arguments in any of these cases have been even remotely sensible.
