The way the interviewer talks makes me want to reach through the screen and personally tape her mouth shut. There is nothing authentic about her, or her manner of speaking. It is manipulative in possibly the most childish way that a personal affect can be manipulative. Like she’s in front of a kindergarten class trying to gentle-parent her students out of bullying each other using various forms of trickery on their under-developed brains. Every single one of her facial expressions is specially curated for this type of interrogation, based on a thousand studies about what your average normie will fall for. She’s like an actor playing a bad actor on TV. I cannot adequately put to words the sheer and literal disgust I feel listening to her speak. It’s almost as bad as that British lady who interviewed Jordan Peterson that one time.
I’m glad Sydney Sweeney is at least cool as a cucumber and just didn’t play along at all.
