I have followed your work for years and have loved watching you learn in public about VC and climate investing. I listen most weeks to This Week in Climate Statups. But one year into it, I’m bummed that the podcast has mostly featured white, male founders. I had really hoped you would be the one to shine a light on the women and people of color who are doing amazing work in climate instead of overlooking them like everyone else.
