Pick up the litter on the side of the road.

Eat nourishing food and move your body in ways that strengthen it.

Would Jesus spend hours scrolling on Instagram?

Would the Goddess sit indoors typing furiously at email without ever stepping outside?

No. No, they wouldn’t.

And neither should you.
