If you want to try this yourself, the prompt matters.

Don't ask an AI to "summarize your writing." Ask it to characterize the person who wrote it.

The difference: summarizing tells you what you said. Characterizing tells you who said it and what they were afraid of.

Specific addition: "Avoid generic psychological language." That instruction alone changes the output from clinical to uncomfortable in the best possible way.
