I love that they share their key code with others. We don't usually lock our house, but we've let plenty of people over when we weren't there --- sometimes we have company arriving while we're at, and we'll just tell them to make themselves comfortable until we're home. Another time, we were gone when a friend wanted to come visit, so we told him to use our place as an "artist retreat".

I love the idea of how living in a commune could prepare people for having children.
