Make money doing the work you believe in

Now, I don’t like AI. But I’ve never been worried about AI hurting my writing just like I’ve never been worried about pirating. If one’s writing is any good, it will stand on its own. AI will never be able to replicate it (it has no soul). Pirating won’t be able to hurt your writing either … it only brings you more readers in the long run, or your writing was never destined to do well anyways. I often think of Leo Tolstoy and how his writing made him stinking rich even when he was trying to embrace poverty, didn’t put any copyright on his fiction, had his fiction banned, and let his fiction be published by anyone in any way without his consent. Good writing will do well no matter who or what tampers with it or steals it.

The main people AI threatens are not actually artists. In fact artists are doing much better because people are realizing the value of human work in this area. The real people suffering at the hands of AI are vile bureaucratic administrative middle men whose sole purpose is to be a leech off of productive people.
