Thank you for this! I feel like the pendulum of advice has swung too far toward weights and away from aerobic training. I’m 56 yo and recently started jogging again. Given the current hype about weight lifting (which I have been doing all along), I have been surprised at how much better I feel in every way by adding running back into my life. I thought brisk walking was enough. Now I think otherwise.
