Let me be honest about what being a fractional CMO actually looks like:
It is not glamorous consulting work from a beachside laptop.
It is 7am strategy calls. It is rewriting a client entire content plan because their launch flopped. It is analyzing 40 Instagram accounts worth of data to find patterns. It is telling a client their idea will not work when they are excited about it.
But it is also the most rewarding work I have ever done. Because you see the results directly. No corporate buffer. No layers. Just strategy and results.
