An unpopular opinion I stand by: courses should come with a money-back guarantee.
If your transformation is real, you should be confident enough to guarantee it. If it is not real, you should not be selling it.
The digital product space has a trust problem. Too many courses promise the world and deliver a PDF.
When I build products, I ask myself: would I refund someone who went through this and did not get results? If the answer makes me uncomfortable, the product needs work.
