Email list strategy update: Your email list only matters if people open and click.

Most lists are dead weight. Low engagement. Hard-to-reach audience. If your open rate is below 25%, you're mailing to ghosts.

Real strategy: smaller, hotter list. Cut the people not engaging. Double down on the core. Use DMs to supplement (better deliverability, better engagement).
