My entire productivity system:

Notion: where everything is organized

That's it. Five things.

I don't use a task manager. Notion IS my task manager.

I don't use a project tracker. AI tracks projects in Notion.

I don't use a note-taking app. Everything goes to Notion.

I don't use an analytics tool. AI compiles analytics into my dashboard.

Every additional tool is overhead. Integration complexity. Another login. Another notification.

The most productive people I know use the fewest tools.

Simplify your stack. Let AI connect everything. Focus on the work, not the tools.
