My Substack strategy is dead simple:

1. Post notes every single day (AI helps me create them)

2. Write one deep article per week

3. Cross-promote from Instagram, Threads, and X

4. Be genuinely helpful (no gatekeeping)

5. Be consistent for months, not days

Most people quit Substack after 2 weeks because they didn't get 1,000 subscribers overnight.

Growth here is slower but the audience is 10x more valuable. Substack readers buy things. Substack readers share things. Substack readers stick around.

I'd rather have 1,000 Substack subscribers than 100,000 Instagram followers when it comes to actual revenue.

The platform rewards consistency and depth. Give it both.
