7:30 AM: Review AI-generated reports on what's performing.

8 AM: Make strategic decisions for the day (what to build, what to test).

8:30 AM: Start creating.

No email inbox zero. No manual posting. No scheduling calls.

AI handled all of that before I woke up.

I used to spend the first 3 hours of my day on admin. Now I spend the first 3 hours on the highest-value work.

The solopreneur life isn't supposed to feel like you have 6 jobs. If it does, you haven't automated enough.
