Top MAGA booster and DOJ official Ed Martin is facing formal disciplinary charges filed by the DC Bar Disciplinary Counsel. That is not good … for Martin. Bar proceedings are an important accountability mechanism for all DOJ officials. It’s critical that we defeat the new rule proposed by Pam Bondi, which would allow her to quash these independent investigations.
